- Exhibit strong skills in customer care, data entry, oral and written communication and handling multiple tasks at once.
- Are kind, assertive, team-oriented self-starters with the ability to learn quickly our multi-line IP phone system, our products and services, and a variety of computerized systems that we use in our work.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to represent the organization well to both vendors and customers.
- A four-year college degree is required.
