Description
Performs basic duties of patient care to adult and geriatric populations, under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. Performs various housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe, clean environment. Performance expectations are defined in the competency evaluation.
Requirements:
- Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification/Licensure: Successful completion of approved Nurse Assistant course with certification by the State of Illinois
- BLS certification required
Experience Requirements:
- Long term care, rehabilitation, and/or medical surgical care experience preferred
